Was born in Nikolaev in 1977 into a family of musicians.

Alexander Stryuk is a graduate of Odessa National Music Academy, where he also completed post-graduate studies.

He is a soloist of Odessa Philharmonic Society since 2002 and National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Odessa since 2008.

He has received many major awards, including third prize at the 2nd National Opera Singing Competition in Russia, 1st prize at the «Three Centuries of Classic Romance» Competition in 2006 and 2nd prize at the Elena Obraztsova Young Singers International Competition in Saint-Petersburg.
