Olga PRJADKO (piano)

Graduated at the Music Latvian Academy in Riga with flying colors, under the guide of professors Ilze Graubina and Arnis Zandmanis; she further improved her technique with famous pianists in the international survey including Vladimir Krainev, Elisso Virsaladze and Norma Fisher.

She distinguished herself in numerous national and international piano competitions and she also joined several European festivals. She performed with orchestra and as soloist in a large number of European countries and in the United States of America.

She collaborated with numerous ensemble and with famous international musicians, in particular with the ones of the renowned Kremerata Baltica.

Olga recorded several performances for the National Latvian Radio including the Concert n. 2 of Rachmaninov, the Concert n. 2 of Saint-Saëns, four Ballades, Etudes op. 10 and 25 and the Mazurkas of Chopin and many pieces of Liszt, Schubert and Messiean.

Beside performing, she’s been an appreciated piano teacher since 2005 and she’s currently collaborating as accompanist at the Italian Music Academy in Novara and with the Schola Cantorum S. Gregorio Magno directed by Mo Mauro Trombetta.
